At Maharshi Health Beauty Care, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
1. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
2. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The product must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Non-returnable items:
Opened/used products.
Products damaged due to misuse.
Items marked โnon-returnableโ on the product page.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7โ10 business days.
4. Damaged/Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
